Unknown incoming calls from Brussels on my mobile

I provided a response ◄ 16 ► that seems to be satisfactory. (using the Calls Blacklist app)

Like all of you, 3 calls a day from numbers starting with +32 2 on my mobile, and it disconnects every time.

This morning, for once, I waited and was able to talk to the caller. I made sure to seem interested to find out who it was.

It's a Belgian company called Smart Capital Avenue Houba de Strooper 616, 1020 Brussels, Belgium https://www.smart-capital.net/fr-be

They're trying to sell you financial training. I asked them how they got my number, and the answer was very vague. I wonder if it has something to do with eToro, which I signed up for when these calls started.

What's strange is that the displayed numbers seem to come from Belgium (country code +32) or even Brussels (the 2), but they don't have the correct length (9 digits instead of 10).
