Hello,

I'm having a big problem with my Wiko Rainbow Lite 4G mobile phone.
Indeed, recently, it bugs during startup. When I press the power button, it starts up normally, but when it displays "Rainbow Lite 4G" second, it gets stuck on that screen. At that moment, I can't do anything, can't turn it off or anything. I have to either remove the battery to turn it off or wait for it to drain on its own...
When I charge it, it charges correctly.
There has been no shock, no drop, no water, nothing that explains its condition.
Yesterday, my older brother managed to get it to restart, there were lots of updates, it took a long time and he had to restart it often because there were bugs. But then it displayed "Booting in progress, launching applications" with the sign that it's starting up/charging. During that time, I charged my phone so it wouldn't turn off during the boot, but as much as I saw that the phone detected the charger, I didn't really feel like it was charging properly. I say this because I waited from 11 PM to 4 AM, and my phone never fully charged (still the red light, while when it finishes charging there’s a green light, and I found it weird that after several hours it hadn't finished charging). And during all those hours of waiting, my phone remained stuck on "Booting in progress, launching applications." In the end, I unplugged the charger and left my phone on the desk to finish booting and went to bed. Except that this morning, I found my phone dead, I had to charge it, and when I turned it on, it started normally (vibrated + first screen displayed) but when the second screen "Rainbow Lite 4G" appeared again, it got stuck there once more.
I'm desperate and I don't know what to do.

This happened once before, where it bugged like this and I had to reset it with my PC since it wouldn't work with my phone, but I can't remember how I did it at all.

I read somewhere that this isn't the first time and that it's a bug during an update, but I can't find a solution.

Do you have any solutions to suggest?
Or does anyone know how I can reset my phone via my PC??? (because when I press the power and volume buttons, nothing happens).

I can't afford to pay a repairman or buy a new phone, being job hunting...

Thank you, hoping someone can find a solution and help me.
