Unable to reset an Android mobile game

Hello,

I have an Android (Huawei P30). About a year ago, I installed a game (Hidden Hotel). I haven't played in a while and would like to reset the game to start from scratch.

- I tried deleting the data from my phone's settings, then uninstalling and reinstalling, but it keeps my progress.
- Deleting the data from "Play Game", same result.
- Deleting with 2 cleaning apps (like clean master) that are supposed to delete all the app's data, same outcome.

Do you have any other ideas? :(

    Hello,

    In the Play Store, go to the My games and apps section. Then in Library, remove the app from the list. Restart your phone and try to install it again.
