Hello,
I just bought a VD TECH digital photo frame model DP-70U which is fine for reading SD cards, but I can't get it to work with a USB stick. Maybe I'm not doing what I should be, could someone help me?

try unplugging the power supply and plugging in your USB

Hi,
I had the same problem (external hard drive 1.8") but turning it off and on again or moving the plug seems to work (without guarantee).
I have the impression that it needs to recognize the drive first, which may take some time.

I have the same problem, the vd tech dp 10 photo frame is white when I plug it in and I can't reset it, the manual doesn't allow it. It's a device I bought at AUCHAN for Christmas, it worked for just a month and it was only plugged in periodically.

Hello, I have no solution to provide, I am just writing this word to say that I am experiencing exactly the same thing as Goupil58, the equipment has been at Auchan's after-sales service for 3 weeks and still no news!

I'm also really bored with this digital photo frame I got for my girlfriend for Christmas (the DP10). One day it just displayed a white screen at startup and nothing happened. I'm upset because I took it back to Auchan and the guy at customer service told me they didn't guarantee it, and they either offered to replace the item (but they were out of stock) or give me a credit for a more expensive and much less attractive device.

So, as of today, I'm trying to find the contact details for this brand online, but I can't find anything, and they didn't even include any info in the manual...

If you have any contact information or anything, that would be super nice.

I have the same problem as all of you: the screen is white and nothing happens. The only difference is that I have only used it once. I am very disappointed and I don't think I will buy anything from Auchan again (not very reliable).
If you have a solution, please send it to me. Good luck to everyone. If you are thinking of buying this type of device, especially avoid this brand and this retailer.

Hello,
Same problem as all of you: at first it worked but with a super dark image, then after the third use it went to a white screen, or rather gray in my case, and it didn’t want to know anything anymore.
So back to the Auchan customer service, which called me a month later to tell me to come pick up a credit slip.

In fact, it is only compatible with certain brands of USB keys. You must use only the compatible USB keys.

I even noticed that it didn't work with all CF cards. Good news! As a proud owner of the VP 10, we can connect an external card reader to it, so all cards on the market can be read through this reader.
