VD TECH LCD TV that won't turn on

Hello everyone

I have a VD TECH television model TQL28F4VD001 for almost 3 years, and since this morning, for no reason, my television won't turn on.
It is in standby (red LED), and when I try to power it on with either the remote control or the button on the TV, two things happen:
- either the blue power LED lights up and then turns off after a few seconds
- or the red LED blinks
but in any case, the screen does not turn on.
I unplugged it from the power source and plugged it back in, but nothing works.
What’s going on? What should I do?

Thank you for your help. Hello,

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 37.0

    Hello
If I tell you that it's broken down, you won't be surprised, will you??
    So, off to customer service.

I thought about it!!! But if I'm asking the question, it's because it's no longer under warranty!

      I understand well
But without good knowledge and electronic equipment, what do you do???

I'm asking a question on a help forum!!! I have a soldering iron, tin, small screwdrivers, and quite a bit of technical sense!

      Oh well, let's go ...................
the failure may come from the power supply and a downstream circuit, often the inverters
      you unplug the inverter(s)
you check the power supply capacitors to see if they are not bulging, even very slightly, and if there are any traces of leakage

I know about capacitors but not about inverters!
