Hello,
I have a large PDF (200 pages) on which I have added comments in "comment" format on almost every page. I made these comments using the preview function on MAC, but I can easily modify them with Acrobat Reader DC on Windows.
I need to send this PDF to a jury that must print it.
The problem is, I just tested it, and the comments disappear when printed...
Is there a way to save the PDF in a format that fixes the comments?
Thank you,
Laeg

Hello,
Make a PDF print with a virtual printer. If you don't have one on your Mac, install PDF Creator, which will provide you with one.
The PDF print will create a file in which the comments will be included and cannot be removed.
