Send Word file without markup

Hello
I need to send a Word file that contains corrections by email. I wanted to know if by sending the file with the final option checked, meaning without markup, the recipient still has access to the corrections made or not. It’s probably a silly question, but I’m not very good with computers. If the corrections are still accessible, what should I do to ensure they’re no longer visible?
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows 2000 Firefox 3.0.10

    Hello,

As long as the changes have not been accepted or rejected (buttons on the Review toolbar), they will be visible.

I just performed the action. Should I also check the box to delete comments? By closing and reopening the file, the marks no longer appear only by checking the box to delete comments. However, is it normal that I still have access to the marks even after accepting the changes?
      Thank you.
