I can’t comment on Instagram posts

Hello,
It happens quite regularly that I can’t comment on photos on Instagram. It says "Comments on this post have been restricted."
I looked into the "Restrict" feature, but it's not that, because the posts under which I can't comment are from accounts of public figures (so they wouldn’t have restricted me personally).
Do you know how to fix this problem?

    Restricted means that they accept either only a part of the comments or only some people from their close circles…

    You can’t do anything.
