Desktop icons surrounded by black

Hello,
Some icons (Not all) on my desktop are surrounded by a black square.
And this has been happening since Windows 10.
How can I fix this?

    Hello,

    Search button in the taskbar > Run
    Type > regedit and confirm.
    Follow this path:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Icons
    Double-click on value 29
    Change 50 to 51, it should look like this:
    --> %SystemRoot%\System32\shell32.dll,51

    Close the registry
    Restart the PC.
