Desktop icons hidden by a black square

Hello;
For some time now, most of the desktop icons are partially hidden by a black square; but not at every PC startup.
I had Windows 20H, I upgraded to 21H1; same issue.
Do you have any idea about this problem?

    Shell Icons
    ==► Black squares on some desktop icons

    Summary : 

    Go to start
    All programs
    Accessories
    Right-click on --► run
    Choose --► run as administrator and confirm
    Type --► regedit and OK.

    Follow this path:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Icons

    Double-click on value 29
    Change 50 to 51, it should look like this:
    --► %SystemRoot%\System32\shell32.dll,51

    Close the registry
    Restart the PC.
