Hello everyone,
I read and tried to reset my tablet as follows:
with the tablet off, I pressed VOL+ and POWER at the same time, but each time it restarts the tablet after 5 seconds and I can't get the "MSDOS" style display... I tried with the VOL- button = same result, I held down VOL and released the POWER button as soon as the logo appeared AND STILL NOTHING. I'm desperate. Can you help me please?

Hello,
To reset the system, press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds when the tablet is on OR press the Reset button on the back of the tablet. Then, when the tablet turns off, hold the Power button for 3 seconds to turn it back on.
Note: We recommend using the reset only if software or the system is not functioning properly. IMPORTANT: Please note that all your data will be lost. Make a backup of your system before any reset. Logicom disclaims all responsibility in case of data loss.
