5-person shift schedule

Hello
I hope you can help me.
I am looking to create a schedule for 5 people so that each person has a weekend OFF and therefore 4 people work on the weekend.
The work is either in the morning or in the afternoon.

I just took a closer look at your schedule and unfortunately it is not legal because according to labor law you cannot have someone work more than 6 consecutive days without a break
If you can redo it for me
I am also stuck on my end.

FALSE and I have 40 years of 3x8  Here we have 2 days off per week, so we are within the rules Monday and Tuesday off, Wednesday to Friday on shift, which makes 10 days = legal Saturday and Sunday off

Hi,

What is your status, Franc38? Are you the boss, responsible, or something else? Normally, there are conventions.

If you're a worker, don't you feel like you're being squeezed like a lemon working the 3-8 for decades?

Furthermore, in your example, out of 14 days, there are 4 days off, and the number of consecutive working days is indeterminable. I don't understand your example:
M, T = off, W, T, F = worked, S, S = off: 3 days worked out of 7.
What about the second week? M, T, W, T, F = worked?
