Wi-Fi issue

Hello and thank you for your solution, but on the Recaltec site I can't find the "Realtek 8188GU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB NIC" drivers.

Windows + R
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

Go to Network adapters?
Give the hardware ID of the Realtek 8188GU
Look at this --> Find the device identification number
Post the number in your next message.

Is Windows 10 32 or 64 bits?

Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits

Download this driver --> Realtek

Right-click on the driver --> netrtwlanue975....cab
Select --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to "netrtwlanue975.....\"

Go to Device Manager
Right-click on the device
Update driver
Browse my computer for driver software
Choose from a list of available drivers…
Have Disk
Browse
Go to the extracted driver folder --> netrtwlanue975....
Select the file --> netrtwlanu.inf and OK.
Restart.
