TCL C71 55" TV microphone activation issue

Hello,

I can no longer activate the microphone function on my TCL C71 55".

All of a sudden, I can't access and activate the function with the remote control as shown in the photo!

Any advice?

    You need to activate the MIC button on the back of the TV.

        Back right. Near the on/off switch.
