Hello, no, to this day I still haven't resolved the issue! Although the microphone function is activated, I did a reset test and completely reinstalled the TV... But nothing works! Apparently, it's a problem stemming from an Android update. And this is not the only issue with Android 11, as I couldn't use my Disney+ subscription upon purchase because it was incompatible according to the Google Store, just like Chrome. I had to work around the issue by installing them as APKs with an APK installer, after first downloading them onto a USB stick formatted to FAT32. The only inconvenience this causes is that since they are not available in the Google Store, I have to uninstall the obsolete APKs and replace them with the new ones each time there’s a new version, repeating the operation mentioned above. I’ll keep you updated if I solve the microphone issue, take care.
