Deleted recording on Freebox

Hello,
I don’t understand, all my recordings have been deleted and I don’t know what to do. I had recordings dating back to 2015 and it really hurts me to think that I’ve lost everything.

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.1.2

      You must have reset the Freebox to "factory settings," which erases all data on the Freebox hard drive, or the hard drive has an issue; contact Free at 3244 or via https://assistance-1.free.fr/facetofree/.
