Unable to connect to the Internet

Hello, I have a new Internet box, and I can't connect my laptop to the Wi-Fi.

It indicates that it is connected to this Wi-Fi, even though I've never entered the Wi-Fi password.

Whenever I try to open a page on the net, this message appears: no internet access.

I want to resolve the issue, and I'm told: DNS server not responding.

Can you help me?
