Connection to Pokémon Impossible via 4G

Hello,
I am posting here because I couldn't find any solution.
I am currently using a FAIRPHONE, I used to be with SFR and since I switched operators (from SFR to Sosh), I am unable to connect to Pokémon Go via 4G (I usually connect through my Facebook account). I get the message "connection failed, please try again," or "authentication impossible." I never had a problem connecting via 4G when I was with SFR with my FAIRPHONE. I have no issue connecting to the app via Wi-Fi with my FAIRPHONE. I tried inserting my Sosh SIM card into my old phone (a Huawei) and had no connectivity issues with 4G. The problem is that when I use my FAIRPHONE with 4G (Sosh network), the connection to Pokémon Go is impossible. I have already tried:
- deleting my Facebook account and my Google account and reinstalling
- uninstalling the Pokémon Go app and reinstalling
- enabling data roaming and background data
- there is no parental control
- restoring factory settings (twice)
- contacting FAIRPHONE support
- contacting Pokémon Go support
And the problem is still there. To my knowledge, my phone is not rooted (or if it is, I'm not aware of it; I bought it new and haven't done anything special with it). My operating system is Android (Android 10)
This forum is therefore my last hope.
