Hello,
I have a brand new TomTom Rider 50 and I would like to plug it into a power source from time to time to charge it and to program a route indoors. In the box, there is a USB cable, but how do I use it? I don't see a port on the GPS?

Hello,
Check that it's not the model 500 (the 50 does not exist on the official site)?
If it's the model 500, it is equipped with a microSD card and Bluetooth. The USB cable is a connection cable... https://www.tomtom.com/fr_fr/navigation/accessories/chargers-cables/go-connect-cable-1000/

Hello.
I don't know this model, but after reading the manual, if the model is similar then the charging can only be done through its mount.
So you would need to leave the module on its mount for the contact to be made through the two contacts (see photo)
and plug the other end of the cable into a USB wall adapter or directly into the computer.
If this is not the case, check with Pantheera's response.
