Hello,
I just installed the software to transfer VHS tapes to USB, but the software doesn't recognize anything - just a black screen with no sound or image. I don't know what to do anymore.

We are a few regular contributors on the forum warning you, in light of the desperate messages from internet users, about how to get this kind of "cheap" 4-wire key bought online to work:
