Hello,

I had the same problem. Only my mobile number didn't ring during the call.

One of the 3 handsets was set up differently (silent for anonymous calls). I reset all the handsets and the base, and it works now.

OK... AS690H is the handset, the base should be AS690 or AS 690A if you have a built-in answering machine.

It must be a "Blocked Call" and the "ringing disabled for blocked calls" function must be activated.
