Hello,
I often consult Wikipedia.
I wanted to slightly modify a page (complete it), but I found out that my IP has been blocked since 01.04.2021. I can't know the reason. The block is for 3 years.
I use a VPN, is that the reason?
What can I do?
How can I change my IP?

    Is it therefore impossible to know the reason for this blockage?
    It is mostly this that worries me because I did nothing to deserve this 3-year block (which seems huge to me).
    Is it possible to appeal this decision and/or to know the reason for it?
