Hello,
In September, December 2016, and June 2017, I was regularly harassed on Facebook by fake profiles. These fake accounts sent me insulting and defamatory messages. Each time, the accounts were permanently deleted.
In August 2016, I decided to file a complaint with the public prosecutor for harassment.
I know that Facebook can track the IP addresses of Facebook accounts, but knowing that these accounts have been permanently deleted from Facebook for more than 6 months, can Facebook still find the IP address of these accounts?
Thank you
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 63.0.3239.132

Hello
This is a question that only FB can provide on judicial requisition.
In principle, the obligation to retain is 1 year for ISPs. https://www.legavox.fr/blog/maitre-anthony-bem/internet-obligation-conservation-donnees-personnelles-4641.htm
Best regards

Thank you for your response.
I read on Facebook that the databases retain connection IP addresses even after the account is deleted, but that these are not associated with any identifier.
This would mean that even if the IP addresses remain, Facebook would not be able to know who was behind these fake Facebook accounts?
