Devolo Magic 1 Problem

Hello everyone,

I have a recurring issue with my devolo Magic 1 that fails every evening and the small house-shaped LED stays red. I have 4 bars of Wi-Fi but it says I have no internet. Does anyone know how to help me? I no longer have access to Wi-Fi via the device.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 89.0.4389.105

Hello

The first thing to check is the other module, the one that is connected to the box, to see the cable or simply to see if it’s not the box that is causing the issue when it happens.
Then it is important to view them via the Cockpit app.

Thank you for the advice, I will try to do that. In the evening when I have this issue, I unplug the devolo and I have Wi-Fi from the box, it’s just that it’s weak. That’s why I had installed the devolo. But apart from that, I have Wi-Fi. So I should check if the module connected to the box is red too, if I understand correctly.

I'm sorry if I'm not an expert in the matter. In the evening, I go to "Wi-Fi" and on the name of the Wi-Fi I'm connected to, it says "connected, no internet."
