Hello,
everything was working well the day before, and upon turning it on, the receiver indicates "bad signal. The voltage at the dish head is indeed 13.4v, and the satellite pointer connected in series is set to the maximum possible. Despite everything, the receiver still indicates a bad signal. I don't understand.
Thank you very much for your advice.
Configuration: Macintosh / Chrome 87.0.4280.141

Hello,
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug everything back in.
If that doesn't work and you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

Hello,
Check on your demo if you have a reception graph that should include two indicators: reception (or signal) and quality
I think you should be good on the signal (as indicated by the pointer) but you probably have nothing on quality
If that's the case, your satellite dish has shifted (wind gust?) you just need to realign it.
