Hello everyone,
When I print or scan, the pages come out blank.
Also, when I open the lid, I no longer have access to the ink cartridges; the cover is stuck on the right side of the printer and I don't know how to unlock it.

Hello again,
To access the cartridges it's simple, just put the printer in cartridge replacement mode (I should have thought of that).
However, I'm still getting blank pages when I try to print and I still haven't found a solution.

Hello again,
I found a solution to fix my Epson SX535WD printer, which should also work with other models from the brand.
Here’s what I did:
1 - Select cartridge replacement from the PC or the printer menu.
2 - Lift the scanner cover and remove all the cartridges.
3 - Unplug the power cable while leaving the cover open and let it sit like that for at least one hour.
4 - Reconnect the printer, and turn it back on if necessary.
5 - Wait for a message asking you to replace the cartridges and insert new ones.
6 - Close the cover and let the printer detect the cartridges and perform a head cleaning.
That’s how I saved my printer, hoping this helps you.
