Barre uppleva 703.01655 is not responding

Hello,

my UPPLEVA soundbar is stuck on the home screen since I plugged it in after moving in. Does anyone have any advice?

    Ok....
    An optical socket, an FM antenna socket, a right speaker (red socket) and a left one (white socket).
    So far, nothing seems abnormal on that side.

    Unfortunately, I can't find the manual for this device.

    Are the speaker connections properly seated? How are they connected on the speaker side?

    I couldn't find this problem in the device's manual.

    On the speaker side, the connection is the same and they are properly plugged in on both sides.

    I'm looking for a site where I can find the update software for the bar, but I can't find anything.

    Unless I'm mistaken, this is an Ikea product, so you should get in touch with them and perhaps also try a reset (but based on the research I've done online, it might not work...).

    I contacted them this morning, and I was told that they couldn't do anything for me because it's no longer under warranty.

      Check with a repair service (like Darty, for example) for a quote, but it is more than likely that the repair will exceed the price of a new soundbar.

    Have you tried a "Reset"

    If that makes no difference:
    Try disconnecting everything... including the power supply.
    Press the power button on the amplifier for several dozen seconds.
    Reconnect the power supply and press power.
    What does the amp display?
    Connect the right speaker.
    What does the amp display?
    Connect the left speaker.
    What does the amp display?
