Hello, they have blocked 1600 euros from me and are asking for a document from PayPal that doesn’t even exist, which proves I don’t know what. They even contacted PayPal, who explained the same thing as I did, so I have to take legal action against them because according to their conditions they can suspend whenever they want, but not keep our money, it's unthinkable. Then there’s an association specialized in this, I’ll see if UFC Que Choisir can help. Do you think?

Case resolved youpiiiii knowing that it's a case from 2019 account still suspended but withdrawal completed what belongs to Caesar returns to Caesarrr

What was the problem, why are they asking you for a Paypal document? Did they ask you that because you made deposits via Paypal?
