I have an issue with betclic, I made a withdrawal of €740 since last Sunday, so it's been 7 good days that have passed, I sent all the documents requested by betclic and they validated them, but strangely, after that Stéphane wrote to me to ask for more documents, whereas he confirmed twice the good receipt of the documents and that he was taking care of making the payment of my withdrawal of €740 but nothing, I ask for a number to contact them but he doesn't give anything, could someone give me their number

I also had the same issue with that damn Betclic. I won 1200 euros on football matches, and when they refused to give me my winnings, I went straight to file a complaint. Then I went to my bank to tell them that Betclic withdrew 200 euros from my account and I don’t know why or how they did that. After ten days, my bank refunded me everything. Damn Betclic with Marcel, the son of a bitch.
I'm the same, 3 weeks for a withdrawal of 2200 euros and still nothing, except that they closed my account. What to do?

I ALSO HAD A PROBLEM WITH BETCLIC REGARDING WITHDRAWALS, IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND 160 EUROS HAVE DISAPPEARED FROM MY ACCOUNT? THEY TELL ME IT'S A TECHNICAL ISSUE. Betclic debited my credit card account on 03/06 for 700 Eur, on 04/06 for 200 Eur, and on 08/06, the day we reported the issue to the bank, which suspended the card for 300 Eur. Two emails were sent to support@betclic.com. No response. I am waiting for them to refund the account; otherwise, I will file a complaint. If by any chance Stephane reads this email, I advise him to take the necessary action urgently, as I will contact the general fraud department, especially since they now have a website in France!
PACEGV, just like you, I will file a complaint against BETCLIC France and initiate a summary proceeding (my brother is a magistrate, it helps).
On the other hand, I have contacts at the newspaper l'Equipe. I spoke to a journalist (a friend) who will take over the case as soon as the World Cup is over. He will denounce this fraud system and go directly after the sponsors of Lyon and other Madrid teams!
I encourage you to file a complaint as well. It is now possible since La Française des Jeux no longer has the monopoly (June 8 or 9, 2010) and these betting sites are now authorized in France...
I will keep you updated, whether on Betclic's response or on the results of my actions...

Betclic is a dishonest company. Yesterday (Friday the 21st), I won 3 quinellas + in the wrong order, which according to their rules amounts to 300 euros.
Since the outcome was predictable, they simply decided to cancel all bets under the pretext of a technical problem.
They refunded the bets and therefore did not pay anyone.
It's a pretty good system; they only pay when they win...
In short, they are thieves of the worst kind.

Hello, I had exactly the same issue, and despite all the emails I sent and the faxes that were supposedly illegible, it was always the same thing, which is no payment. Honestly, it’s not serious and given the number of people complaining on forums, I feel like we players are filling Betclic's coffers; in a way, we've been taken for suckers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And to think that Betclic wants to set up in France and compete with La Française des Jeux and PMU, but at least they offer something concrete. In any case, I really hope that their application for 2009 is accepted by French law, and at that point, I'll give you some advice: keep all documents and records of what Betclic owes you, because it will be possible to file a case in court, since until now, we couldn't do anything since they are based in London and Malta, but it will come to France, at least I hope so. So let's not despair; their scam will come back to haunt them sooner or later!!!!!
I think that Betclic is messing with its customers and scamming everyone. When it comes to depositing money into their account, there's no problem, even without documents they accept it. But when it's time to make a withdrawal, they always have little things that complicate it. It's the worst betting site in the world.
It's really bizarre because I also made a withdrawal of 800 euros and it's been more than ten days.
