Hello,
I just installed an "Aorus liquid cooler 280"
But I can't get the processor temperature to show on the LCD screen (it does display the Aorus logo and I can program the displays/fans via the "RGB FUSION 2.0" software, but it always shows "00 degrees").
I checked the connections, changed the USB connection to another pin, checked and changed the SATA port, uninstalled and reinstalled the software, disabled antivirus... I even installed another version
of the software and checked the drivers.
I've exhausted the solutions on the internet, I'm stuck; if you have any ideas. Did I miss something?

I downloaded a previous version and since then I have all the information on the screen (temp, CPU model,....)
I'm sharing the link, there's no need to download the latest software, you won't have any information! It's better to wait for a few versions before updating!

Thank you, I had downloaded an old version and regained control of the ventilation that I had lost, but it's still 0 degrees..☹️ I don't know if it's related, but while searching for the problem, I updated the VGA BIOS in Aorus; there was an update, so it might be related...

THANK YOU, I confirm it works!
exactly the same problem, and on the English forums, it's the same for the past 2-3. perhaps a recent software update issue...
I hope to find information quickly.

Before reverting to an earlier version of Aorus Engine, I had updated all the BIOS (motherboard & graphics card). The graphics card BIOS update is done with Aorus Engine. Once everything was up to date, I took an earlier version of Aorus and since then, I haven't had any issues with display management, RGB control, or fan control.
Hello, have you found a solution because I installed mine today and I'm having exactly the same problem and I don't know where it's coming from.
Hello
Some functions would be accessible with the second software AORUS Engine.
But a cryptic phrase from the description: "To retrieve the information, there is no doubt that a GIGABYTE / AORUS card is required" intrigues me a bit!
