Unable to open LibreOffice due to Soffice.exe

Hello,
For some time now, I haven't been able to open Libreoffice. It returns the message:
Searching for soffice.exe

I tried to uninstall it to reinstall, but it responds: a program is currently being installed. Please wait for the installation to finish.
I don't understand what it's about.
What can I do to get out of this and recover Libreoffice?

    Good evening,

    Try Revo Uninstaller (free) in advanced mode, which should allow you to erase traces of an old installation.

    There is a portable (non-installable) version, but I don't know if it has the advanced mode.
