Hello,
I have an Oceanic screen model OCEALED39B6 that turns on normally with the remote control, but here's the thing: I have sound but no picture at all. I've checked the antenna cable, unplugged and re-plugged it, but nothing works. Purchased on 01/11/2019... it's barely 2 years old
Thank you for clarifying, best regards.

Hello,
Just a reminder that we are on a forum, so the following is just a guess!
So it's possible that the slab is dead, and to be sure, one should consult a quote from a repairman.
The enemy is foolish: he thinks we are the enemy when it is actually him!

Hello.
<<< it is therefore barely 2 years old >>>
So there’s no problem with the warranty. The law of March 16, 2016, states that the mandatory warranty has increased from 1 year to 2 years for all new electronic and electrical equipment. It's still possible, don't hesitate to take or send this television to customer service.
I recently had a Tucson (12/2020) that was 5 and a half years old with exactly the same problem. The verdict was quick: motherboard replacement. (half the price of the TV!)
See you soon . . .
P.S.: Hi MP . . . Our messages crossed paths. Have a good day.
