Boot level test other modes to see (UEFI only, legacy or heritage or CSM enabled/disabled ...)

Try again without your graphics card
Reboot to see if Windows starts up properly.
And check in the BIOS which mode you are in when everything works (the BIOS mode we see)
If worst comes to worst, also take photos so we can try to see the differences if there are any.

I didn’t see your last message before replying. First, it’s not normal to have to remove and reinsert the motherboard battery to boot. So do your BIOS update (PC without GPU because it must be ok and especially not crash during the update). We need to have a stable operation, with no freezes, using just your CPU (no GPU). Once we’re good on this level, we’ll deal with your GPU issue if it’s still present. BIOS mode doesn’t make sense to change on its own. Note that Windows is only visible in the mode in which it was installed, so it’s seen/not seen depending on the mode. But we’ll look at that later if we need to test by changing this mode. BIOS update so your PC is ok. Then we’ll see about the GPU. Two issues (or one that causes the other), so priority is to get a good functioning system with just the CPU.
