Canon MF3010 Printer Installation Issue

Hello,

I bought a Canon MF3010 printer and I can't seem to use it. I installed the driver "[Windows 32bit & 64bit] Tool Box Ver.4.9.1.1.mf17" from the Canon website. But it doesn't work.
After downloading the driver, I ran it as an administrator, a white box with some sort of installation appeared, and then when it was done, nothing happened. Since I didn't see anything else pop up, I plugged in the printer, and a "device installation" page opened, the installation completed. Then when it was finished, I wanted to use the printer but my computer did not recognize it. I went to "view printers and devices." It indicated that the Canon printer had a problem, so I searched to troubleshoot the issue, and the computer told me that there was no driver installed for this printer.
I think I messed up during the installation, so I want to uninstall it. But when I go to "programs and features" to do that, I can't find "[Canon MF Toolbox 4.9]."
What should I do? Can someone help me? I am a student and I absolutely need the printer.

Good evening,
Disconnect the printer from the computer and restart the computer.
Go to this PAGE, click on Accept and Download, then install this driver.
Connect the printer when the procedure specifies it.
