Hello, I can no longer access WIFI on my tablet or my mobile phone. I don't know why in the settings I was offered WLAN. I clicked on it foolishly, but it doesn't work. Yet my router is recognized, but it says "enabled," then "disabled." How can I get the WIFI back because I have no access to anything on my tablet (neither emails nor Internet). How do I uninstall WLAN? I have disabled it but not uninstalled it, and nothing works anymore. Thank you for your responses.

Hello
wifi (Francophonie) = wlan (Anglophone world)
it's exactly the same thing

Mark it as resolved if your issue has been solved. I use the informal "you" with everyone.

Yet my box is indeed recognized, that doesn't say much!
You should have two options in the list of available wifi networks; a boxXYZ network at 2.4 GHz and a BoxXYZ network at 5 GHz...

Hello, this morning, I turned my tablet back on and everything was working. I did the same for my mobile phone and it was fine. I don't know what happened, maybe a power outage. However, it didn't affect my husband’s mobile phone or his Mac computer. Everything is back to normal for now. Thank you for your responses.
