Hello everyone,
On this device in "bank gift" mode and with the manual provided, I am having trouble performing basic gestures:
°Erasing a table (send) that has appeared on the screen and is surrounded by 4 circles???
°Turning off the device safely: I press the power button, then on the screen I tap "turn off", a table appears (I don't have it in front of me), I do nothing, the screen turns black, I close the device.
It is charged to 100%, but 2 days later without use it is at 25%, is my shutdown procedure correct???

As you have noticed, the information in the manual does not address the points you raised. I have a tablet of the same brand, but the version of Android (and therefore the screens are not the same) and, in fact, I use it very little.
Regarding the last point, the battery discharge, I have noticed this on tablets, but only when they are a few years old and the battery no longer holds a charge. I have the impression that there is current consumption, even when the device and screen are turned off, and in this case, this two-day duration is not unusual.
If yours could be removed (which I doubt), you could check if the circuits remain powered by reinstalling the battery after two days to see the displayed capacity.
But it seems that it is necessary to disassemble the device to access this component, and I would advise against it as it is always quite delicate.
If a knowledgeable owner of the same device were to come forward, they might be able to provide you with information.
But I would rather try to contact customer service, which offers phone support (in the manual).
