Hello,
I have a Casio SE-S100 cash register
that I bought used,
and I can't figure out how to remove the name of the previous restaurant and put the name of my snack bar instead..
Does anyone know how to do it?

Hello,
This is done directly on the SD card by configuring the register from a computer.
Download the following software:
http://casio-caisses-enregistreuses.fr/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/SOFT-SES100.zip
You have the executable and a PDF help file on how to use the software included.
In the software, you will be able to modify the logo (format BMP), as well as the header of the ticket "Receipt Message" (which likely contains the name of the previous restaurant)
You will need a computer with an SD card reader to do this (or possibly an adapter).
Make sure that the changes are written to the SD card before testing.

Ah unfortunately yes, it cannot be done directly on the register according to all my research.
