Pingid coupling key issue

Hello,
I just changed my phone and I can't pair my new device with Ping ID. The QR code is no longer valid, and this is preventing me from accessing important information for my work. There is no information available online or through their platform.
I am stuck.
If you have the solution, I would appreciate it.
Thank you in advance

If you still have your old phone, you need to go into the Ping ID app on your old phone, then click on "settings" (the little gear) and then "change device."
This will create a QR code that you can scan with the Ping ID app on your new phone for authentication.
And there you go, that's all it takes...

Good evening, what if I no longer have the old phone? Do you know what I need to do, please?

        Hello,

For pairing to work, you need to set a PIN code for your lock screen; otherwise, pairing will be blocked for security reasons.

      Good evening

The screen on my old phone is broken, making it impossible to scan the QR code. Do you have another solution, please?

      Thank you
