Hello,

After saving my file, I tried to reopen it and, to my surprise, a message appeared: "General error. I/O error."

I’m devastated, as it is an important document, so if anyone could help me out, I would be grateful.

If there isn't a solution, then I'm done for.

I want to clarify that it is a document from my office and not a shortcut.

Good evening,
Try right-clicking, save as... Choose a name and a location.
Otherwise right-click: properties and see if there is a previous version...
