Hello,
Sometimes PDF files may not be accessible in Chrome or Edge.
In any case, you need to check the PDF reading settings in Chrome or Edge.
For Edge, the setting "Always open PDF files externally" should be disabled.
For Chrome: Privacy and security --> Site settings --> Additional content settings --> PDF documents --> Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome should be disabled.
