Huawei smartwatch that won't turn on

Hello,
I recently wanted to charge my Huawei smartwatch after 3 months of not using it, and when I put it on charge, whether on a plug or directly on a USB dock, a battery logo with a cross inside appears, and I can't get it to charge! Is there a solution to this problem? Thank you in advance
