Hello,
Since this morning I no longer have access to my aliceadsl email account that I have been using for many years.
Today, when I log in, I land on the address https://zimbra.aliceadsl.fr/zimbra.pl
I don't know where this ".pl" is coming from and I don't know what it means (Poland?).
When I log in, I get the message "Login or password incorrect".
As recommended by one of the posts I saw, I will call 1033.
I checked the site "https://downdetector.fr/statut/alice/" just in case, but no incidents are indicated.
And I sent a request to "abuse@proxad.net".
I'm afraid my account has been hacked... and this email is the only one I have with essential information for me.
If you have any information that could save me, I'm all ears...
It might just be a temporary issue. I will check again tomorrow.
In any case (if I recover my email), I will try to automatically forward my messages to another email address (.free). Do you think it's a good idea and is it feasible (I don't know much about it...).
Thank you for any thoughts and suggestions... if you have any.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 87.0.4280.88
