I can't connect to the Kidicom Max app.

Hello, my daughter received a Kidicom Max phone for Christmas, but I can't connect with the Kinconnect app. I can't validate anything or change the password. It doesn't even recognize my email address. Does anyone have a solution, please?

It's not Kiniconnect but KidiConnect... that said, it's not a real smartphone, it doesn't have a SIM card... its communication is done through the home's Wi-Fi...

So to sum up... it must be within Wi-Fi range (about 10 meters from the router) and it must also be connected to the router... so you need to enter the Wi-Fi password successfully...

When it is recognized as "Connected," you will be able to communicate with the WEB.

That said, it doesn't have many positive reviews from customers...
