Hello, I've had an XP-Pen Artist 12 graphics tablet for 2 days; it was working well until 10 minutes ago. I was drawing on Illustrator when suddenly the tablet said "No signal." Everything else is working except the screen; I can do everything but see what I'm doing, which is quite ironic for a graphics tablet with a screen. Thank you in advance for your help.
