Hello,
I have Silvercrest STSK 2C3 headphones since last month and I'm having sound issues with the right earbud; it's quieter than the left one.
Can someone help me fix this problem please?
Thank you.

Hello,
I had been trying to solve this issue for a year, and I finally found the solution on another forum: you need to remove the foam (thin and oval) that covers the headphone output, as well as the soft glue underneath.
To do this, I used the tip of a pushpin and went around the foam several times until the glue stuck to the pin. You can also use a needle, but be careful not to go into the 2 holes beneath the foam, otherwise you'll damage the inside of the earbuds.
Once the foam is removed, you should clearly see the 2 holes.
The difference is striking. Before, I couldn't hear anything; now it's almost too loud. Watch out for your ears.
It must be a manufacturing issue (too thick glue? too dense foam?), but in any case, it changes everything.
