Hello,
We've had a TCL smart TV for a year and a few months. One night, my dad left it on all night because he fell asleep. The next morning, my mom found it still on while my dad was asleep, so she just turned it off. Since then, the TV won't turn on. There's a white light indicating that the TV is on, but the screen won't light up, and there's music coming from it that can last up to fifteen minutes. This has been going on for several weeks, or even several months, but nothing has changed.
What is the problem? And what should we do to fix it? Thank you very much for your help.
