Ott tv box flashes red and won't turn on.

Hello,
I have a 4K Ultra OTT TV box that was working normally, but the problem is that I accidentally connected it with a laptop charger (5V 4A) whereas the TV box adapter is 5V 2A. Since that day, the TV box has been flashing red rapidly and won't turn on, accompanied by a small noise inside (tap-tap-tap) once it's plugged in. Now I don't know if it's the power supply causing the problem or something else?
Configuration: Android / Chrome 75.0.3770.101
