Dolby Vision not activating on Disney+ TCL C735

Hello,

When I play a movie on Disney+ labeled "Dolby Vision," my TCL C735 television doesn't switch to Dolby Vision mode. I have tried different movies, but I always encounter the same problem.

If you have any solutions, I'd appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

    Hello, to my knowledge, a solid internet connection (good bandwidth and a recent box are a plus) is required.

    Thank you for the advice, but the internet connection is not the issue in my case; I have a very good speed.
