Where is the 12-digit code on the PSN card?

Hello,
I can't find my 12-digit code to enter on the PS Store...
I was given 2 tickets with the PSN card:
- The first one is quite long and it has the instructions on how to enter the code.
- The second one is quite short and it says: "TICKET TO KEEP"
On which ticket is the code and where is it located?

Hello, the code is at the bottom of the ticket normally.
