How to enter a code with more than 12 digits on the Play Store

Hello, I bought a 20 euro PSN card at Carrefour and the activation code is long and on the Playstore when I try to use a code they tell me it should be 12 digits, what should I do?

    Hello, PSN stands for PlayStation Network, nothing to do with Google's Play Store...
    However, if you meant PlayStation Store, then I don't know :/
